• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, and customized products are non-returnable.

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

3. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange for defective or incorrect items.
